The benefits of using ArmorGalv®
ArmorGalv® is a cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and durable galvanizing process. The technique was designed in Israel in 1993. While the process gained popularity overseas, it was not until 2010 that ArmorGalv Australia was founded.
ArmorGalv Australia’s plant is in Thornton, approximately 20 minutes outside of Newcastle, NSW. It is recognised as the largest ArmorGalv® plant in the Southern Hemisphere.

When ArmorGalv® was first introduced to Australia, the original equipment had limitations on batch sizes. Upgrades to the equipment over the past ten years have meant that batch sizes and geometry have now increased significantly.
